Obituary of Mark Norris

Mr. Mark Norris, 52, of Spellman Rd., Plattsburgh, NY died unexpectedly at his home on August 14, 2009. Born on March 22, 1957 in Cooperstown, NY, he was the son of Loren and Norma Leturny Norris formerly of Fort Plain, NY. Mark lived in Fort Plain from 1957 through the 1990s. Mark was a graduate of Fort Plain High School Class of 1975. After graduating from high school, Mark attended various colleges. Mark was currently working at SUNY Plattsburgh as a chef in the catering department. Mark is survived by his sister, Marcia Norris of Sunapee, NH. He is predeceased by his parents. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, August 24 at Fort Plain Cemetery with Father James Clark of St. James Roman Catholic Church officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gray-Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
