Mr. Raymond C. "Ray-Ray" Keller, Jr., 38, of Clyde Street, Fort Plain, New York died of a brief illness, Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Albany Medical Center, surrounded by his family. Born on September 29, 1977 in Albany, NY, he was the son of Raymond C. Keller, Sr. and Melody A. Hall Keller. He was a graduate of Canajoharie High School, Class of 1996 and was a lifetime area resident. Ray worked at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Johnstown, in the Quality Assurance Department, for the past 15 years. He loved music, playing drums, and going to concerts. He also enjoyed playing pool and spending time with his family and friends, especially at the weekend BBQ's. Ray is survived by his parents, Raymond C. Sr. and Melody A. Keller of Fort Plain, NY; sister, Tina Leon and Steve of Fort Plain, NY; nephew, Marcus Leon of Fort Plain, NY; special lifelong friends, who were more like brothers, Kyle Herron and Matt Kamp; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his beloved pet, Peanut. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangments are entrusted to Gray-Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
