Mrs. Antoinette A. Palmeri, 91, of Stone Arabia Street, Nelliston, New York died, Thursday, October 21, 2010 at her home. Born on May 28, 1919 in New York City, she was the daughter of John and Maria Saponaro. She was a graduate of Seward High School in New York City and was a local resident for over 20 years, previously residing in Floral Park, Long Island. Ann was an exceptional mother and beloved grandmother. Her life was devoted to her family. She was of Catholic faith. On September 23, 1939 in New York City, she was married to Benedetto S. Palmeri. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2004. Mrs. Palmeri is also predeceased by 8 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Palmeri is survived by her sons; Joseph Palmeri and Melissa Brown of Fort Plain, NY, John and Nancy Palmeri of the Villages, FL, Ben and Rosanne Palmeri of Nelliston, NY; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
