Chad Joseph Baker, 37, of Bourne Hill Rd., Morris, New York, died suddenly on Saturday, February 9, 2008, at home. He was born on May 27, 1970 in Amsterdam, New York, the son of Donald Baker and Betsy Pamkowski. Mr. Baker was a graduate of Canajoharie Central School, Class of 1988. He then earned an Associate's Degree from Hudson Valley Community College. Mr. Baker was employed as a load planning coordinator for Mead Westvaco Corp. in Sidney, NY. Chad has resided in Morris, NY for the past 3 years, previously residing in Syracuse, NY. He was of Lutheran Faith. Mr. Baker was a coach for Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football in Morris. He enjoyed hunting, golf, and softball. Chad married Tammy Yacobucci on August 20, 1994 in Canajoharie, NY. Chad is survived by his wife Tammy K. Baker of Morris, NY; his children, Joshua, Jordan, and Sydni Baker of Morris, NY. He is also survived by his mother and father, Donald and Betsy Pamkowski Baker of Canajoharie, NY; his brothers, Nick Baker of Plymouth, MA and Alex Baker of Fort Myers, FL as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
