Obituary of Andrew Robert Davis

Mr. Andrew Robert Davis, 32, of Brower Road, Palatine Bridge, New York died unexpectedly Monday, January 11, 2021 at his home. Born on January 18, 1988 in Amsterdam, NY, he was the son of Kevin (Jennifer) May and Robin (Flint) and Clark Davis. He attended St. Rose College and was a graduate of HVCC with an Associate Degree in the HVAC Program. Andrew always had a strong work ethic and was currently an HVAC Tech for Mohawk Heating and Cooling of Duanesburg. He also did property care for many village residents, working side by side with his Dad, Clark, since he was a teenager. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his daughter. She was his pride and joy. He loved fishing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and going to Black Lake yearly. On September 16, 2017 at The American in Sharon Springs, NY, Andrew was married to Janelle Roosevelt. His maternal grandfather, Robert Flint, Sr. and paternal grandfather, Roy S. May predeceased him. Andrew is survived by his wife, Janelle Davis; daughter, Lorelai Davis; parents, Robin Davis (Clark), P. Kevin May (Jennifer); maternal grandmother, Betty Flint; paternal grandparents, Richard and Ruth Lotridge; siblings, Ashley Searles (Brett), Alyssa May-Pabis (Chris), Brooke Mohlmann (Jason), Alex May, Kierra Davis; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Warren P. and Justine Roosevelt, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Kaden, Makenna, Connor Searles, Lilyana Paris, Delia and Dylan Mohlmann. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 4:00-7:00PM at Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
