Mrs. Kathleen A. Moshier, 52, of Center Street, Fort Plain, New York passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at her home. Born on December 6, 1967 in Ilion, NY, she was the daughter of Earl Kellogg and Marsha Zabry Kellogg. She attended schools in Frankfort and Herkimer and had lived in the local area for the past 20 years, previously residing in Frankfort. She worked for Valley Health Services and St. Johnsville Rehab and Nursing Center as a housekeeper, retiring in 2007. Mrs. Moshier was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for Alexandria Hose Department in Mohawk, NY. She liked to woodburn and loved listening to Ozzie and Green Day, Green Day being her favorite. She was a certified psychic medium. On October 25, 1986 in Mohawk, NY, Kathleen was married to Robert Moshier. She was a wonderful wife and mother and will be greatly missed. She was predeceased by her mother, aunt, uncle, niece, Wendy, and cousin, Ed. Mrs. Moshier is survived by her husband, Robert Moshier of Fort Plain, NY; daughter, Audrey and Adam Cline of Fort Plain, NY; adopted daughters, Deena Groves, Amber DeGroat; grandchildren, Jahdia Austin, Bryce, Noah, and Carter; sister, Linda; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 2:00PM at The Masonic Temple, Bridge Street, St. Johnsville, NY.
