Miss Frances Sviderskis, 75, of Karolann Place, Fort Plain, New York died Saturday, December 30, 2016 at Little Falls Hospital. Born on March 21, 1941 in New York City, she was the daughter of Anna Sviderskis. She resided in Fort Plain at Karolann Place for the past 10 years. Prior to moving to Fort Plain, she lived in Palatine Bridge for many years. Miss Sviderskis was a homemaker. Frances was a fan of Clark Gable, King Kong, and Superman. She loved Coca-Cola. She really enjoyed her trip to New York City, printing pictures of Clark Gable, and having her hair done. On April 14, 2016 Frances received an award for her 35 years with Liberty. Miss Sviderskis is survived by her family, Diane and Bruce Ferguson, Amy Desrochers, Ethan Desrochers, Amelia Desrochers, Mary McLasky, Michelle Ferguson-Yarush, Robert Ferguson; and her Karolann Place Family. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 5:00pm at The Chapel of Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY with Rev. R.W. Williams officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 3:00-5:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Charleston Four Corners Cemetery in the spring.
